Types of Raw Sea Moss We Offer for Your Wellness
Red or Purple Sea Moss (Chondrus Crispus)
Our red or purple Irish moss is a wildcrafted form of Chondrus crispus, known for its naturally rich mineral content. It contains iodine, calcium, magnesium, and potassium, minerals that are naturally present in many marine plants. This variety is harvested from protected ocean waters and is available in both raw and capsule forms for convenient use.
Gold Sea Moss (Chondrus Crispus)
Gold Chondrus crispus is another wild-harvested variety of Irish sea moss with a similar nutrient profile to the red form. It naturally provides iodine, calcium, magnesium, and potassium and is available exclusively in raw form. This type of sea moss has a lighter color and is sun-dried without additives or preservatives.

How is Our Raw Sea Moss Harvested?
We use only wildcrafted Chondrus crispus, a sea moss species that grows naturally in cold North Atlantic waters, where it absorbs minerals from rocks and its marine environment. It is valued in traditional herbal practices and is known for its naturally occurring iodine, calcium, and magnesium content.*
We do not source sea moss from warm-water regions such as the Caribbean or Asia, where different sea moss species may be cultivated in shallow waters or on ropes. These species may differ in texture, appearance, and naturally occurring mineral content.
Our sea moss is harvested from the wild in its natural habitat to help ensure authenticity, integrity, and a rich mineral profile.
