I'm Suhail Rivera, the founder of Alkaline Herb Shop. For ten years I practiced law, and like a lot of people in demanding careers, I let my own health slide. I was constantly stressed, running on convenience food, and never quite feeling like myself. Eventually I decided something had to change.

I turned toward a plant-based, alkaline way of eating and began working herbs into my daily routine. What I couldn't get past was the price of the blends on the market, so I started sourcing the herbs myself and making my own at home. The difference in quality was hard to ignore, and it wasn't long before friends and family were asking me to make theirs too.

That quiet encouragement became the reason I walked away from law and opened Alkaline Herb Shop. The idea was simple: offer the same herbs I trusted, at a price that felt honest. I've always believed good herbs shouldn't be a luxury, so we keep our blends affordable and fill them generously.

We work only with herbs that are wildcrafted or organic, never conventionally grown. The wildcrafted ones are gathered from their natural habitat rather than farmed, and the organic ones are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Every herb is chosen for its quality, packaged here in the USA, and kept free of fillers, additives, and anything artificial. And for real peace of mind, all of our dietary supplements are third-party tested for identity, microbes, and heavy metals, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
