INGREDIENTS:
1 oz chondrus crispus gold sea moss
1 oz chondrus crispus red sea moss
2 cups spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak 1 oz of chondrus crispus gold sea moss and 1 oz of chondrus crispus red sea moss in spring water overnight.
The following day, blend the rehydrated sea moss in 2 cups of spring water to form gel consistency, then refrigerate in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 to 4 weeks.
You can add this delicious sea moss gel to your juices, smoothies and foods.
