DIRECTIONS:

Lavender Flowers are known for their sweet, floral taste, and are traditionally prepared as tea. They can also be added to foods, smoothies, or juices. To prepare as a tea, add 1 tablespoon of Lavender Flowers to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
