Elderberry Tea Supplement

DIRECTIONS:

As a dietary supplement, drink one cup of tea daily in the morning or afternoon.

• Bring 8 fl oz of fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
• Pour boiled water over one Elderberry Tea bag.
• Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
• Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
