Soursop Infused Sea Moss Gel


2 oz chondrus crispus sea moss
spring water
4 tsp soursop leaf powder


Soak 2 oz of chondrus crispus sea moss in spring water overnight.

The following day, brew 4 tsp of soursop leaf powder in 2 cups of hot spring water for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool.

When cool, blend the rehydrated sea moss with the soursop leaf tea to form gel consistency, then refrigerate in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 to 4 weeks.  

You can add this delicious sea moss gel to your juices, smoothies and foods.
