Relaxing Chamomile Gummies

INGREDIENTS: 

2 tbsp chamomile flowers
1 cup spring water | hot
1 cup sea moss gel
¼ cup agave syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a tea infuser add the chamomile flowers and spring water. Steep for 5 minutes.

In a pot, add the sea moss gel, chamomile tea and agave syrup. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add to the gummy mold and chill for at least 6 hours or until set. Serve and enjoy!
