Soursop and Sea Moss Gummy Hearts

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups soursop fruit
1 cup sea moss gel
¼ cup agave syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pot, add all of the ingredients and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a gummy mold. Refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
