Directions

Moringa Seeds, known for their crunchy texture, are traditionally incorporated into stews, soups, sauces, smoothies, or baked goods. They can also be eaten raw or roasted. Moringa Seeds have a slight laxative effect when taken in excess; do not exceed 10 seeds per day.
