DIRECTIONS:

Blue Vervain Powder is known for its slight bitter taste and is traditionally prepared as an herbal shot. It can also be prepared as a tincture or used to make salves, lotions, ointments, and soaps. To prepare as an herbal shot, add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of Blue Vervain Powder to 4 ounces of boiling water. Mix well. Cover and steep for 2-3 minutes, then enjoy!
