International orders are shipped on Fridays only, you will receive updated tracking information one week after your order ships.


What is our subscribe and save program?

Our subscribe and save program ensures that you never miss out on your favorite products! You can save 10% and have your products shipped automatically every month, two months, or three months. Select what works best for your schedule!


How do I sign up for the subscribe and save program?

While shopping for your favorite items, simply click ‘Subscribe and Save.’ Then select your delivery frequency and click ‘Add to Cart,’ and complete your checkout. Your first subscription will be billed immediately, and future subscriptions will be billed when they are fulfilled.


How do I log in and manage my subscriptions?

To log in to your account, click the link here. You’ll be able to manage your subscriptions, along with viewing your purchase history and updating your information.

How do I skip or change my upcoming order date?

  1. Log in to your account and click ‘Manage Subscriptions.’ 
  2. Locate the item you wish to change. 
  3. Click ‘Edit Future Order.’ 
  4. Change the date and indicate whether or not you want to update all future orders accordingly. 
  5. Click ‘Save Changes.’
How do I pause my subscription?
  1. Log in to your account and click ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
  2. Locate the item you wish to change. 
  3. Click ‘Edit Future Orders.’
  4. Select ‘Pause Future Orders.’
  5. Click ‘Save Changes.’

*Your account will stay paused until you resume it.

How do I resume my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account and click ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
  2. Locate the item you wish to change. 
  3. Click ‘Edit Future Orders.’
  4. Select ‘Resume Future Orders.’ 
  5. Click ‘Save Changes.’ 

How do I change the frequency of my delivery?

  1. Log in to your account and click ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
  2. Locate the item you wish to change. 
  3. Click ‘Change Frequency.’
  4. From the dropdown menu, select how often you want your delivery. 
  5. Click ‘Save.’

How do I edit my payment method and billing / shipping address on my subscription?

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, send us an email at info@alkalineherbshop.com and our customer service team will help you!

We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products email us within 30 days of receipt, mail back the unused portions and we will issue a full refund once we receive the product back at our facility. Unfortunately, shipping labels will not be provided, you must mail the product back at your own expense. International returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please consult your doctor to make sure these herbs are suitable for you, and do not counteract with any medication you are currently taking. All of our blends compliment each other and are designed to be taken together, in fact herbs are stronger in groups so they may be combined.


Customs duty tax is pre-paid and covered by us for most Countries (please see below), you will not be billed separately. Please note, some international orders may sit in transit for up to one month plus, we will only send a new order if the order has been stuck in transit for an excess of sixty (60) days.

We prepay customs-duty tax for select countries.

We don’t want you to have to pay these high fees so we’ll cover them if you live in these countries: 

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden, United Kingdom.

If you’re not located in these countries, you may have to pay custom-duty tax. 

 


Be very careful when typing in your address, if you type the wrong address or enter your information incorrectly we will not reimburse lost packages.
