INGREDIENTS:
2 oz chondrus crispus sea moss
1 tbsp moringa leaf powder
8 oz spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak 2 oz of chondrus crispus sea moss in spring water overnight.
The following day, blend the rehydrated sea moss with the moringa leaf powder and 8 oz spring water to form a gel consistency, then refrigerate in an airtight glass jar for up to 3 to 4 weeks.
You can add this delicious sea moss gel to your juices, smoothies and foods.
