Take 2 oz of raw sea moss and rinse in spring water twice.
Take the rinsed 2 oz of sea moss and soak it in spring water for 24 hours. The sea moss will expand during this process.
Remove sea moss from spring water, then rinse again.
Take scissors and cut the sea moss into small pieces, this will prevent blender from jamming.
Add 2 cups of spring water and the soaked sea moss to a blender, then blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate. The sea moss is good for up to several weeks.
Add 1 tbsp of sea moss gel to a smoothie, water, or to juice, mix well and drink. It should be taken every day in the am, the bag is finished.
