INGREDIENTS:
1 mango | thinly sliced
1 cucumber | thinly sliced
1 habanero pepper | sliced
Dressing:
4 tbsp coconut aminos
½ cup olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp key lime juice
½ tsp grated ginger

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Then set aside.
