INGREDIENTS:
Sandwich:
1 zucchini | sliced
3 slices alkaline tofu
3 slices sea moss cheese
Avocado Mousse:
1 avocado | chopped
1 tbsp key lime juice
¼ cup coconut cream
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Avocado Mousse:
In a blender, add all the ingredients for avocado mousse and blend until smooth. Set aside.
Sandwich:
In a pan, cook the zucchini, and tofu on medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add cheese and tofu in between 2 zucchini slices. Top with avocado mousse and dried cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
