Hibiscus & Elderberry Tea Ice Cubes

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp elderberry
1 tbsp hibiscus
8 oz boiling spring water
¼ cup agave syrup
¼ cup key lime juice
tea pot

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a teapot, add the hibiscus and elderberry and brew for 10 minutes, strain and let cool. When cool, add the agave syrup and key lime juice. Then add to an ice tray and freeze.

When frozen, add one or two tea ice cubes to 4 ounces of boiling spring water. Stir until dissolved, then enjoy!
