DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules in the morning.
Nettle Leaf
Nettle Leaf is traditionally prepared as an herbal tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Nettle Leaf to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
Palo Azul
DIRECTIONS: To prepare as a tea, add 1 to 2 pieces (about 1 ounce) of Palo Azul Wood Chips to 1 to 2 liters of water. Boil for 20 to 30 minutes, until the water turns blue or amber. Strain, then enjoy.
