4 oz of organic or wildcrafted nettle leaf, cut and sifted, from Ukraine, for brewing as a tea.
Palo Azul
4 oz of organic or wildcrafted palo azul wood, for brewing as a traditional tea that turns the water blue.

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules in the morning.
Nettle Leaf
Nettle Leaf is traditionally prepared as an herbal tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1–2 teaspoons of Nettle Leaf to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
Palo Azul
DIRECTIONS: To prepare as a tea, add 1–2 pieces (about 1 ounce) of Palo Azul Wood Chips to 1–2 liters of water. Boil for 20–30 minutes, until the water turns blue or amber. Strain, then enjoy.
Double Wall Glass Drink Stainless Steel Tea Infuser Water Bottle Bamboo 17 oz
