Each bag contains 4 oz of organic or wildcrafted whole Elderberries sourced from Albania.

DIRECTIONS:

Elderberries are traditionally prepared as tea or tincture. They can also be added to foods, smoothies, and juices. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of Elderberries to 10 ounces of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy!
