DIRECTIONS:

Quassia chips are traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of Quassia chips to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3-7 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
