DIRECTIONS:

Cuachalalate has a mild flavor and is traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 tablespoons of Cuachalalate to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
