One Pot Chili Noodles

INGREDIENTS: 

1 ½ cups spelt noodles
2 tbsp shallots | chopped
2 tbsp ginger | chopped
¼ cup green onions | sliced
¼ cup coconut aminos
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp avocado oil | hot

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, add all of the ingredients except for the avocado oil. Mix well, then pour the avocado oil.

Toss well, then enjoy!
