Crunchy Asian Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups kale shredded
2 cups arugula
¼ cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
¼ cup yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
¼ cup orange bell pepper thinly sliced
¼ cup cucumber sliced
¼ cup green onion thinly sliced
¼ cup red onion diced
2 tsp sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Drizzle with ginger dressing, then enjoy!
