INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp ginger root
1 tbsp whole elderberries
1 tbsp hibiscus flowers
2 key limes | sliced
¼ cup date sugar
16 oz boiling spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew ginger root, whole elderberries and hibiscus flowers in boiling spring water for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool.
When cool, pour the ginger root, elderberry and hibiscus tea over a few slices of key limes and ice cubes.
Sweeten with date sugar and enjoy!
