How is this different from your Sea Moss and Bladderwrack capsules?
Two differences. This one adds burdock root as a third plant, and it holds 500 mg of each per serving rather than 900 mg of each. So it is a wider blend at a lighter dose. How much iodine is in it?
32 mcg per 3 capsule serving, which is 21 percent of the daily value. The iodine is the seaweed's own, not an added mineral. Because it is naturally high in iodine, do not take it if you have hyperthyroidism.

Is the sea moss pool grown?
