600 mg per capsule, and 2,400 mg per 4 capsule serving. One tube holds 140 sea moss capsules, which is 35 servings, about a 35 day supply at 4 a day.

Is Irish moss the same as sea moss?
Yes. Irish moss and sea moss are two names for the same seaweed, Chondrus crispus. You will see both used, and some sellers use "sea moss" for other species entirely, which is why we name ours on the label.

Is your sea moss organic or wildcrafted?
Wildcrafted, which means it grows naturally on rocks and reefs and is harvested from the wild rather than farmed. Ours comes from the cold North Atlantic off Canada. Pool grown sea moss is farmed on ropes in warm water, and it is not the same thing.

Are sea moss pills as good as the gel?
