DIRECTIONS:

Yellow Dock is known for its strong, bitter taste and is traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add one teaspoon of Yellow Dock to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
