DIRECTIONS:

Chamomile Flowers are known for their delicate, sweet floral taste and are traditionally prepared as a tea. To prepare as a tea, add 2-3 teaspoons of Chamomile Flowers to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
