DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, drink daily in the morning or afternoon. Add 1-2 teaspoons (depending on desired strength) of Lung loose leaf tea to your infuser or strainer. Place the infuser or strainer in your favorite cup or mug. Bring 8 fl oz of fresh, cold water to a rolling boil. Immediately pour boiled water over your infuser or strainer. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain or remove infuser, serve, and enjoy.
