Black Seed Oil
Cold pressed oil from the seeds of Nigella sativa, also called black cumin, black caraway or kalonji. A culinary oil with a long history of traditional use. Take a half to one teaspoon once or twice daily; start low with food.
Oregano Oil
100 percent pure Origanum vulgare, CO2 extracted from the dried flowering tops, pre diluted and ready to use.
Sea Buckthorn Oil
A supercritical CO2 extract of sea buckthorn berries (Hippophae rhamnoides). It runs 28 to 38 percent palmitoleic acid (omega 7), a fatty acid that is a natural part of healthy skin.* Take 1 to 2 mL daily, or apply a few drops topically.

Black Seed Oil (Blackseed Cumin Seed Oil)
Take 1/2 to 1 tsp, once or twice daily. If using for the first time, start with 1/2 tsp with food and increase gradually.
Oregano Oil

Sea Buckthorn Oil
Take 1-2 mL (35-70 drops) daily with or without food. Topically apply 2-4 drops onto desired area as needed.
