DIRECTIONS:

Pau D’Arco Bark is known for an earthy taste with a hint of fruit and is traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add ½ to 1 teaspoon to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy!
