It's a great product and reduces your bloat almost overnight. I use it as a blend with Colon and Lymph, 5 stars deserved. I have tried both ways on a 95% alkaline diet and the S.A.D. (standard American diet) and I recommend going plant-based which improves everything and sort of unleashes the full potential of all of these herbs. Just my personal experience.
