- I'm looking at the Sea Moss Bundle and would like to know how would one take everything in the bundle. I saw the How To Use answer but that gives the same direction for all three. Is it expected that one person would take each supplement that's in the bundle every day? Or do you just take one supplement in the bundle at a time?
