180 vegetable capsules of organic or wildcrafted herbs: hierba del sapo aerial parts, burdock root, cocolmeca root, yellow dock root, red clover whole plant, elderberry fruit, sarsaparilla root and blue vervain whole plant.
150 vegetable capsules of organic or wildcrafted herbs: cascara sagrada bark, turkey rhubarb root, ginger root and blessed thistle whole plant. For relief of occasional constipation and to support regularity.*
120 vegetable capsules of organic or wildcrafted herbs: hops flowers, catnip whole plant and valerian root. Calm is a valerian, hops and catnip blend in vegan capsules.

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily.
