Description & Ingredients
Each tube contains 4 oz of loose leaf organic and wildcrafted herbs. Ingredients include mullein flower, elderberry fruit, dandelion root, black cherry bark, and palo guaco whole plant. This is a loose leaf tea.

How to Use
DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, drink daily in the morning or afternoon.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons (depending on desired strength) of Lung loose leaf tea to your infuser or strainer. Place the infuser or strainer in your favorite cup or mug.
- Bring 8 fl oz of fresh, cold water to a rolling boil.
- Immediately pour boiled water over your infuser or strainer.
- Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain or remove infuser, serve, and enjoy.
