Cold pressed oil from the seeds of Nigella sativa, also called black cumin. A culinary oil with a long history of traditional use. Take a half to one teaspoon once or twice daily.

DIRECTIONS: Mullein Flowers are traditionally prepared as tea. To prepare as a tea, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Mullein Flowers to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
Eucalyptus Leaves
DIRECTIONS: Eucalyptus Leaves are known for their minty, pine flavor and are traditionally prepared as tea. To prepare as a tea, add 1 teaspoon of Eucalyptus Leaves to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
