INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup cilantro lime salad dressing
1 cup cucumber │chopped
½ cup kalamata olives
1 cup orange bell pepper │ sliced
1 cup chickpea pasta │cooked
1 cup arugula
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a mason jar, add the dressing first and the green leafy vegetables last. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
