Alkaline Vegan Smoked Cucumber Roll

INGREDIENTS: 

2 tbsp alkaline hummus
1 tbsp arugula pesto 
avocado slices
2 tbsp chickpeas| cooked
¼ tsp smoked sea salt
¼ tsp dried dill

INSTRUCTIONS:

Using a potato peeler, cut the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices. Place the slices next to each other, with the edges slightly overlapping. Then layer the ingredients. Roll, then cut into 2 inch slices and enjoy!
