INGREDIENTS:
2 cups arugula
1 cup cucumber | chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes | chopped
¼ cup red onions | sliced
½ cup kalamata olives | sliced
½ cup black chickpeas | cooked
¼ cup balsamic dressing (find this recipe in Alkaline Herb Shop's FREE Cookbook)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix well and enjoy!
