INGREDIENTS:
1 red bell pepper | roasted
½ red onion | roasted
1 cup black garbanzo beans | cooked
¼ cup cilantro | chopped
¼ cup warm coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 ½ cup hot spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, add to a bowl then enjoy!
