INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
2 cups green papaya | julienne
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cilantro
Dressing:
1 tbsp shallots
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp dried seaweeds | finely chopped
½ cup key lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
¼ cup sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Then set aside.
Dressing:
In a mortar and pestle, add all of the ingredients and mix well. Add to the salad mixture and toss all together. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
