INGREDIENTS:
1 sprig thyme
1 purple onion
1 tbsp ginger | chopped
1 tbsp mullein flowers
1 tbsp elderberries
1 tbsp burdock root
8 oz spring water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
When cool, strain into a mason jar and take 2 to 3 cups a day.
