INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 onions | sliced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp thyme
5 sundried tomatoes | chopped
¼ cup fresh basil | chopped
freshly cracked papaya pepper
2 cups spelt pasta | cooked
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a pot, add the oil, onions, spices and sun dried tomatoes. Saute for 4 minutes on medium heat then add in the cooked pasta, fresh basil and cracked papaya pepper. Serve and enjoy!
