½ large hothouse cucumber | chopped ¼ cup olive oil 2 key limes | juice and zest ¼ cup hemp seeds 1 tsp sea salt 3-4 sprigs of fresh basil 1 tsp dill 1 shallot | minced a few tbsp spring water
