Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups chickpeas | cooked
1 red bell pepper | fire-roasted
3 key limes | juice and zest
1 tsp sea salt
1 shallot | chopped
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp fresh basil | chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a food processor, add all the ingredients. Process and enjoy with spelt pita!
