Chickpea Wrap

INGREDIENTS: 

1 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup chickpeas | cooked
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp oregano | dried
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 spelt wrap
¼ cup avocados | mashed
¼ cup tomatoes | chopped
2 tbsp red onions | chopped
½ cup arugula

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pot, add the avocado oil, chickpeas, onion powder, oregano, sea salt and red pepper flakes. Saute for 2 minutes on low heat. To a spelt wrap, add the cooked chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients.  

Wrap, then cut in half and enjoy!
