Velvety Mashed Butternut Squash

INGREDIENTS: 

2 cups butternut squash | boiled and mashed
¼ cup approved milk
1 tsp onion powder
¼ cup chives
1 tsp salt (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all of the ingredients to a pan, turn heat to medium and mix well. Simmer for about 2 minutes, then serve with mushroom gravy and enjoy.
