INGREDIENTS:
½ cup avocado oil
½ cup onions | chopped
1 cup mushrooms | chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup spelt flour
2 cups vegetable stock
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add oil and the rest of the ingredients to a pan. Saute on low heat and stir until thick. Serve with mashed butternut squash and enjoy!
