Cremé Brûléé

2 cups approved milk
1 cup agave syrup
¼ cup quinoa flour
1 vanilla pod | scraped
date sugar


In a cold pan add all of the ingredients and dissolve the flour completely. Turn heat to low and mix until thick. Spoon the mixture into small bowls and let cool. When cool, top with date sugar and your favorite fruits. Serve and enjoy!
