No Guilt Pizza

INGREDIENTS: 

Sauce:
1 cup brazil nuts | soaked
½ cup shallot confit
¼ cup scallions | chopped
½ cup approved milk
2 tbsp key lime juice
½ tsp sea salt

Crust:
1 alkaline pizza crust

Toppings:
½ cup white button mushrooms | chopped
½ cup fresh basil
½ cup cherry tomatoes | chopped
½ cup black olives
½ cup shallot confit
½ cup onions | cut into rings
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp red chili flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Sauce:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Evenly spread the pizza crust with the sauce and top with the remaining ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle with more chili flakes and oregano. Serve and enjoy!
